  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We allow cats and dogs weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. (full grown) on all of our floors. There is no weight limit on the 1st floor. Breed restrictions apply. Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    We allow two pets per apartment.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    There is a $350 for 1 pet or a $500 for 2 pets non-refundable pet fee and $40 monthly pet rent per pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You must have a government issued photo ID and your checkbook to reserve an apartment! We suggest you bring a camera or use your phone to take memorable photos of our beautiful community.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    There is a $10 monthly trash fee.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    You must earn at least three times the monthly rent. Credit and criminal background are verified through a third party.
  7. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    One month’s worth of paystubs, or last year’s filed income tax return if business owner. If you are starting a new job we will accept a signed offer letter on company letterhead.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The security deposit is refundable if you return the apartment in clean condition and there are no damages above normal wear and tear. Your final water bill will be deducted from your security deposit once you have moved out.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Anyone can break a lease by providing a 60 day written notice and paying a termination fee according to the provisions of your lease buyout agreement.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes, a month-to-month fee may apply.
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    As a Resident, you are responsible for all utilities.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    The standard term of the lease is 12 months however; you may sign a 3-11 month lease subject to the terms and availability based on your move in date.
  13. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, please ask your Leasing Professional for details on availability and terms.
  14. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes.
  15. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    Yes, please see your Leasing Professional for details.
  16. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    Yes, please see your Leasing Professional for details.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    24-hour emergency maintenance services are provided by calling the onsite management office phone number. For non-emergencies simply call, stop by in person, or email the onsite management office.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
  19. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    The 6th day of the month.
  20. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes, only in the form of a check.
  21. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, for your convenience, there is a locked rent drop slot located on the Maintenance door directly next to the Management Office.
  22. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Depending on the length of the stay, they may have to be added to the lease.
  23. Do you have reserved parking?
    No.
  24. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles can be parked in any available parking space.
  25. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes.
  26. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    No.
  27. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, Comcast is available.
  28. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes.
  29. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    No.
  30. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Yes.
  31. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No.
  32. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes, there are additional storage spaces available. Be sure to ask your Leasing Professional for prices and availability.
  33. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Yes, as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition upon move out.
  34. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes.
  35. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes.
  36. Where do I register to Vote?
    You can register online.
  37. How is your property different from the competition?
    The Glen at Lafayette Hill has an abundance of distinctive amenities for you. Enjoy the ease of access to the local nightlife in Conshohocken or the fine dining, arts and entertainment in Philadelphia. The Glen is located 12 miles from Center City Philadelphia and only moments from Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting. We are very proud to say we are located in Colonial School District.
