We accept cats and dogs (no weight limit on the 1st floor, 50 lb. weight limit on the 2nd & 3rd floors) with breed restrictions.
Residents may have a maximum of 2 pets. Ask your Leasing Professional for details.
PET FEE:
$350 For one (1) Pet (one-time, non-refundable)
$500 For two (2) Pets (one-time, non-refundable)
PET RENT: $40 (per pet, per month)
*Breed, size and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
